Profile of Management
Ralph Wattinger is CEO and Managing Director, and co-founder of SciTOX Limited. Mr Wattinger brings extensive and valuable experience to the company through the successful development of devices and their commercialisation globally, particularly in the environmental management and analytical field.
Denholm Patterson is Operations Director and co-founder of SciTOX Limited. Mr Patterson brings significant experience in the development of international business, product trials and product positioning and development for analytical technologies.

Dr Mervyn T Jones, Chairman
Dr Jones is Chairman of SciTOX Limited, and an experienced senior executive with an engineering background and a successful leadership track record of growth and profitability in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Auckland, and is a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers, London and Chartered Engineer.
Dr Jones was recognised as one of Australia’s “100 Most Influential Engineers” by Engineers Australia in 2005 and 2007. He is an affiliated member of the Institute of Directors New Zealand, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Clean Air Society of Australia and New Zealand, and the Air Waste Management Association, USA.
Colin Harvey
Mr. Harvey is founder and Managing Director of Ancare New Zealand Limited, a major livestock pharmaceutical company. He has also worked for Coopers Wellcome. Colin is Chairman of both the Animal Remedy and Plant Protection Association and New Zealand Agritech Export JAG. He is also a Member of Agricultural and Veterinary Medicines Advisory Council and holds directorships in several technology companies.
Mr. Ogilvie is the Founder and Director of Pacific Channel Limited, which is a venture development and investment company specialising in technology and life science-based industries. He is also Foundation CEO (Part-time) of Androgenix Limited, a biotechnology company that applies genomic technology for the development products with application in the world-wide livestock industry, and Executive Director of Ecodiesel Limited.
Peter is the CEO of Lincoln Ventures Ltd., and new Director on the SciTOX Board since LVL took up a share offering in SciTOX during December of 2009. Peter has career spans positions as the Research and Development Manager at PGG Wrightson, the General Manager for Crop and Food Research in New Zealand, and the Business Incubator Development Manager with Industry NZ.

Profile of Scientific Advisory Board
Dr Neil Domigan
Dr Neil Domigan is Director of the Scientific Advisory Board of SciTOX Limited. Dr Domigan is a biotechnologist with comprehensive experience in both the fundamental science and its practical commercialisation having successfully established several new ventures from novel and applied technologies.
In 2007 Dr Domigan co-founded Ecodiesel Ltd and Sleep Ltd. In 2005 he founded the life sciences consultancy NMD Biotech Ltd and the nutraceutical development company, Auctus Ltd. Dr. Domigan is a Director of both these companies.
Dr. Neil Pasco
Dr Neil Pasco is a Senior Research Scientist at Lincoln Ventures Limited, a subsidiary of Lincoln University, New Zealand (LVL) and a Scientific Advisory Board Member of SciTOX Limited. Dr Neil Pasco completed a PhD in physical chemistry at Otago University, New Zealand, and has expertise in biosensors, separation processes, electrochemistry and instrumentation for process control.
Dr. Pasco initiated and has managed the LVL Biosensor Research Programme, focused on the development of biosensors for environmental applications. Dr Pasco is an innovative scientist who now leads an internationally recognised bioelectrochemistry group. He is skilled at translating innovative ideas into successful research projects and has been quick to recognise opportunities in the biosensor market.
Dr Wayne A. Temple
Director, New Zealand National Poisons Centre, University of Otago (Christchurch). Dr Temple holds a BSc (Hons), Ph.D (Otago) and is Fellow New Zealand Institute of Chemistry, Fellow International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry, Charted Chemist and Fellow Royal Society of Chemistry, Member American Academy of Clinical Toxicology and Member Australasian Society for Ecotoxicology.
Dr Kylie Catterall
Environmental Management Team Leader, Gold Coast Water, Queensland. Dr Catterall was recently awarded the Australian Young Water Scientist of the Year Award for her work with the analytical technology that underpins SciTOX products.
